Mission Serve is not a sending agency. We don’t supervise your field activity, place you in an assignment, or fundraise on your behalf. Instead, we handle everything behind the scenes so your donors can give tax-deductibly, your funds arrive reliably, and your back office stays clean.
Your support is held in a dedicated fund in your name. Every dollar is tracked, reported, and yours alone.
Every donor receives an automatic receipt the moment they give. Year-end tax statements go out by January 15.
Your support is disbursed around the 25th of each month — ACH for US-based workers, international wire for overseas.
We file Form 990 annually, maintain Colorado nonprofit registration, and keep your fund audit-ready at all times.
Share your work, field assignment, and support base. Applications are reviewed personally by our Executive Director. No setup fees or minimum support levels required, but you should be actively building your donor base.
Once approved, you’ll receive paperwork automatically — a letter of agreement, W-9, and bank info form. When completed, your dedicated fund is created and configured in our accounting system. Most partners are fully active within one week.
You get a personal giving link to share with donors. Gifts go directly to your designated fund. Donors can give online, by ACH, Donor Advised Fund, or stock transfer. Every gift is receipted automatically.
From here, your job is the work. We handle the rest, so you can stay focused on your mission and ministry. Donors give through your link, funds accumulate in your account, and disbursements arrive monthly. We send you a monthly fund report so you always know exactly where you stand.
